“Our Worldpay account manager demonstrated their dashboard, and clearly showed how it would be a big advantage for us,” says Colin. “Before Worldpay, we used to have four separate logins for our four different sites. But by now using the Worldpay Dashboard, all our account teams can efficiently access all the valuable insights now provided via the same portal instead of logging into four separate ones. As a result, we have been able to greatly reduce our reconciliation time, thereby freeing up that team to get on with other necessary work.”

Mobile payment terminals

Mervyn Stewart also uses Worldpay’s in-store, mobile point-of-sale payment terminals that include a large color touchscreen, intuitive menus and fast setup that help make processing payments effortless.

“The speed of the Worldpay terminals allows us to provide our customers with an all-around better payments experience,” Colin explains. “Previously, we would either lose connections, or transactions would take a long time to be processed. The simplicity of the terminals, and how quick and reliable they are on a day-to-day basis, also makes things a lot easier for our teams in the showrooms.”
